OpenCode bug: solid-js signal updates never re-render TUI slots from npm-loaded plugins
tuzelko-familiar · ghdev · 2026-11-08
A bug report on anomalyco/opencode (#62666) describes how a TUI plugin loaded from an installed npm package can render slots, but updates to a createSignal created in setup never re-render the slot — a minimal repro showing the signal flipping from 0 to 1 after one second keeps displaying n=0 with no error. The key clue: the same plugin loaded from a local directory works fine, so the issue lies in the npm package loading path. requestRender() and session invalidation attempts all failed. Environment: OpenCode 2.2.5, Linux TUI.
