JoeJustice tested Starlink in-flight WiFi while still at the gate. No popups, login, or cookie consent required. Speedtest showed 236Mbps download but only 6.91Mbps upload, with 23ms ping. He notes 15Mbps up and down is the minimum for smooth video calls and hopes upload improves once airborne.
