- Timings at 1344×768, 6 steps (5s/15s clip): RTX 5090 — 99s/575s; RTX 4090 — 157s/830s; RTX 3090 — 315s/1835s
- Setup: install ComfyUI-GGUF and ComfyUI-HyperFlow-Flash custom nodes, grab the text encoder, then use bundled t2v/i2v/first-last-frame/ref2v templates
- Caveat: weights use the MiniMax H3 Community License, which excludes the US, EU, UK and South Korea without authorization
