OnCall-Memory: open-source incident response agent that learns from past production incidents
NewAlarm8213 · reddit · 2026-11-07
The team open-sourced OnCall-Memory, an AI incident response agent that uses long-term memory so engineers investigating production issues can draw on historical incident knowledge instead of starting from scratch.
Pipeline: it accepts and processes incident details, stores historical incident knowledge via Hindsight, retrieves relevant past incidents, and uses the Groq API to analyze issues and generate investigation guidance.
Stack: Python, Hindsight, Groq API, Streamlit; GitHub repo is public. The goal is incident investigation that learns from experience, and the team is soliciting feedback and ideas for other real-world applications of memory-equipped agents.
