jaywcjlove shares a quick fix for AirPods bouncing between your computer and phone: in Mac Bluetooth settings, set the device option to "Connect to this Mac: When last connected to it", which stops other devices from snatching the connection. tinyfool hasn't tried it but expects it works, since auto-switching can be genuinely annoying.
