Ex-Dropbox engineer ditched Linear & Notion: a single synced .md file runs his whole agent workflow
vincent_koc · x · 2026-11-07
Vincent Koc calls out the madness of picking up issues in Linear, writing RFCs in Notion, copying them to a local agent, then reviewing PRs in GitHub and monitoring in Datadog — "meat proxy primitives" must stop in 2026.
His setup: zero project management, zero ticket management. His entire workboard is a single synced txt/.md file, with everything living inside his agents and memory files. He argues every teammate should BYOA (bring your own agent) with their own workflows — building another proxy UI is just another layer to manage.
