Teknium: Context retrieval beats alternatives once sessions exceed 100K tokens

Teknium of Nous Research argued in a thread that when a single session exceeds 100K context, the discussed approach becomes more costly — simpler context retrieval has a higher ceiling — and suggested adding it to Hermes. He also invited participants to Nous's ongoing plugin hackathon to build it and get live results.
