Pi Pocket 0.28 reworks agent orchestration: sessions message each other directly, no polling

Pi Pocket 0.28.0 upgrades to Pi 1.5 and rewrites most of its agent orchestration: sessions can now message each other directly, with results returned to the correct agent without polling.
Other highlights:
- Instant session switching, fast with hundreds of sessions, plus a 'Running now' board showing active and scheduled runs
- Pi replies can render Mermaid diagrams and LaTeX math
- Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint works; community contributions added local model support via Ollama, LM Studio, and llama.cpp
- PiP can display as a board in place of a session
The data migration is one-way: back up /.pi-pocket first, since 0.27 cannot reopen the folder after upgrade.
