A tongue-in-cheek post asks how India managed to build UPI in an era without AI coding assistants like Claude.
The attached UPI-Payments flow chart lays out the full 10-step transaction: the payer's mobile app submits amount and payee VPA, the payer PSP routes the request to UPI/NPCI, address resolution and authorization happen, the payee PSP returns account details, the remitter bank debits, the beneficiary bank credits, and status propagates back through the chain.
