Machina Bellator, the defense arm of Machina Labs, will deploy two expeditionary robotic factories housed in shipping containers to locally produce airframes for LUCAS-class drones, replacing traditional supply chains where parts can take up to 56 weeks. The $9M, 18-month pilot starts with qualifying airframes in Los Angeles; capabilities include roboforming.
