draginol shows his modern AI dev workflow: code comes much later
draginol · x · 2026-11-07
Stardock founder Brad Wardell (draginol) shares an example of what a modern development workflow looks like at minimum: for more complex work the flow expands, and the workflow has to be designed to include human collaboration and feedback, with code not arriving until much later. The post kicks off a thread (with a workflow diagram attached) in which he argues the boundaries between human collaborators and AI agents are increasingly blurred.
