Stardock's draginol: AI agent workflows blur lines between human collaborators and agents
draginol · x · 2026-11-07
Stardock founder Brad Wardell (draginol) continues his thread on modern AI-driven development workflows, arguing the line between human collaborators and AI agents is getting blurred. For more complex work, the workflow must be designed around human collaboration and feedback, with code coming much later in the process. Drawing on his art pipeline analogy — where most of the pipeline is tedium — he notes that no code has been written yet at this stage, showing a development paradigm where agents do the bulk of the work while humans steer at key checkpoints.
