The CASP-DREAM TAP Challenge is open for registration: given a TCR sequence and a peptide-HLA, predict whether the T cell activates.
- Benchmark: 5,800 labeled combinations, scored by AUROC
- Every test peptide is at least 4 edits (Levenshtein distance) from any peptide with publicly reported TCR specificity, preventing memorization
- Training data options include the public VDJdb database and proprietary TCR datasets from Harell Data / Adaptive Biotechnologies
