12 questions CEOs ask most about AI implementation, from 100+ exec calls

A consulting team (@mardehaym) distilled 100+ calls with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and PE operating partners since July into the 12 most common AI implementation questions:
- Where to start? Pick the one workflow your customer feels first, run it for a month, then decide. Long idea lists ship nothing.
- Build it ourselves with Claude? For reports, research, and content, yes—have your people use agents daily. You only need outside help when touching systems of record, patient/payment data, or always-on unattended workloads.
- Measuring ROI? Name the number before you build: days to close, denial rate, hours per onboarding. If nobody can name it, you're buying a demo.
The post truncates at question 4 ("How do we know the AI is right?"); the full list lives in the original thread.
