Open-source Apiarius adds a live deck for watching Claude Code subagents in real time

A developer built Apiarius, a Claude Code mod that adds a live agent deck showing every agent and subagent, what it's doing, who started it, inter-agent messages, and which files each changed. It ships as an in-app deck, terminal UI, and local web view with vector avatars. It only reads Claude Code's own events via hooks, never changing behavior unless you act on it.
