Documentation Is Part of Done: Put It in Your Definition of Done
dSebastien · x · 2026-11-06
Developer dSebastien argues that documentation is part of 'done': if the knowledge only lives in someone's head, the work isn't finished. His recommendation is to explicitly add documentation to the team's Definition of Done — once it's a hard requirement, the excuses disappear.
