Pro user says ChatGPT $200 plan weekly quota drained in 6 hours, suspecting another silent cut

Developer iamrobotbear reports that OpenAI's $200 plan seems to have quietly tightened again: he burned through 100% of the weekly quota in just 6 hours, then another 22% of a fresh cycle in 2 hours. He publicly asked @OpenAI and dev-rel staff whether the plan's limits were changed. OpenAI has not responded yet.
