"AI can't be stopped": KOL pushes back on bubble panic after global stock plunge
Dr_Singularity · x · 2026-11-06
Responding to a post about a single comment crashing global stock prices, DrSingularity argues that both people who believe AI development can be stopped or banned, and those selling stocks because "AI is over" or "the bubble is bursting," aren't much smarter.
His core take: AI cannot be stopped and is only getting started—it's the most advanced, productivity-multiplying technology humanity has ever built. "You cannot uninvent artificial intelligence; the genie is out of the bottle." Blocking one data center in one state means nothing—tech giants will simply build it in another state or country.
