Andriy Burkov announces that Joakim Sundnes' Introduction to Scientific Programming with Python has been added to ChapterPal's collection of open textbooks.
The book is an introduction to scientific programming with Python — the free, high-level language created by Guido van Rossum in 1991, whose English-like syntax and interpreter-based execution have made it the de facto standard for AI, machine learning, and data science, and the most popular language for beginners and professionals alike. ChapterPal offers two versions of the book to choose from.
