OpenAI Codex 0.167.0 adds agent command center, unread markers, and image previews

OpenAI shipped Codex CLI 0.167.0 with terminal workflow updates:

• Run codex agents --no-daemon to open the agent command center
• Command center and session picker now mark unread results
• Terminal session picker can switch between connected backends while keeping drafts
• On supported terminals, preview local image attachments while composing; previously viewed images reopen via clickable transcript paths
