Fulik Launches on iOS: Photo-Based Plant ID, Disease Diagnosis and Care Plans
smtabatabaie · x · 2026-11-06
Fulik, a new iOS app from The ZigZag Lab B.V., combines plant identification with a "plant doctor": snap one photo and it returns the plant's common and scientific name, match confidence, and a tailored care guide covering watering, light, soil and fertilizer.
Key features:
- Disease diagnosis: detects yellow leaves, brown spots and drooping stems, names the likely cause (root rot, spider mites, leaf scorch) and rates severity;
- Step-by-step treatment plans: what to do now, the next 7 days, what to avoid, and how to prevent recurrence;
- Recovery tracking: compare follow-up photos to see if the plant is improving, stable or worsening;
- Care calendar: auto-generated watering, fertilizing, pruning and check-up schedules with reminders;
- Home/Lock Screen widgets showing which plants need attention today.
