Cancel flow unlock: Google Workspace retention offers hit 70% off in user test
kingslyj · x · 2026-11-06
A user found that simply starting the cancellation flow for Google Workspace triggers limited-time retention discounts. On an unused domain he got 30% off and cancelled anyway; on two domains he actually wanted to keep, the flow offered 70% off (£14 → £4.20 per user/month, £12.60 GBP total monthly bill per screenshot). For current Workspace subscribers, the cancellation funnel may be cheaper than any standard promo.
