Maker launches Roomora, an AI virtual staging tool for real estate with built-in disclosure labels

A solo maker launched Roomora Studio, an AI virtual staging product for real estate listings:
- How it works: upload an empty-room photo, pick a room type and one of six styles (Modern, Scandinavian, Luxury, Mid-century, Coastal, Industrial); get two furnished high-res JPEGs in 30 seconds; natural-language tweaks like 'put a reading chair by the window' are supported.
- Anti-hallucination design: every result is checked against the original photo and re-rendered automatically if the AI moves a window or alters floors/walls; each image carries a burned-in 'Virtually Staged' disclosure label as many MLSs require; the maker honestly notes AI can still get scale wrong.
- Pricing: first 2 photos free; $15 for 20 photos pay-as-you-go ($7.50 per 10-photo listing); plans from $19/month for 40 photos (under $5 per listing); restyling a staged photo costs half a credit.
He's soliciting feedback from listing professionals.
