OpenBSD ships unveil kernel errata months after author's MISC article on it

Developer PoolpOrg notes the ironic timing of OpenBSD's November 5, 2026 errata: patches for isakmpd, X11 libraries, pf FQ-CoDel and the unveil kernel code are now available for 7.9 and 8.0 — just months after he published a full MISC magazine article on unveil(2).
Binary updates for amd64, arm64 and i386 ship via syspatch; since the fix touches kernel code, a reboot is also required. Source patches are on the official errata pages.
