Email with scoped permissions is becoming one of the best interfaces for AI agents because the context is already written down. viktorcom, an AI employee formerly confined to Slack/Teams installs, now has a public address ([email protected]): anyone can cc it to book meetings or forward work, with sender identity serving as the access control mechanism.
