Voters restricted data centers in 38 of 39 local ballot measures
thursdai_pod · x · 2026-11-06

Alex Lundry's read: more posturing than policy — 21 of the measures were in Ohio, and Texas keeps its permitted builds going. The bigger risk is the messaging, not the moratoriums.
