Benchmark of 6 LLM inference engines: speed AND quality at 64K–256K contexts
fuzhongkai · reddit · 2026-11-06
The author of TensorSharp benchmarked Qwen3.8-27B across six inference configurations, measuring TTFT, prefill/decode throughput, end-to-end task latency, concurrency, and output quality — arguing speed-only benchmarks are misleading when quantization and speculative decoding can introduce errors. Tests cover 64K/128K/256K long-context and concurrent workloads, where KV-cache management and scheduling become critical, plus GGUF vs NInfer model formats.
