Copilot CLI v1.0.106 ships GPT-6.1 Terra model option, /code command and sandbox extensions

GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.106 is out with notable changes:
- New /code command opens the current session in VS Code; Rex terminals render inline images via Kitty direct placements
- GPT-6.1 Terra appears as a selectable model under New models when available
- New Fusion tier setting and Sandbox extensions option to run extension processes inside the sandbox
- Opt-in session management tools, @mentions for local sessions, and COPILOTSESSIONCWD for LSP/local MCP configs
- Unified settings dashboard with global search; CLI reports program status to supporting terminals
- Fixes: Unicode control-character pasting, --resume now gives up after 10s, sandboxed grep/rg report Windows launch failures, model picker shows context window size
