Agile Deliberation code released: Demo notebook walks through the full concept deliberation workflow
aigclink · x · 2026-11-06
Companion GitHub repo for Google's Agile Deliberation framework. It ships a Demo.ipynb with step-by-step instructions guiding users through the full concept scoping and borderline-example iteration process, plus the agiledeliberationlib, buildindex.py, training indices (indicestrain.json), requirements.txt and setup.sh.
The framework comes from the paper "Agile Deliberation: Concept Deliberation for Subjective Visual Classification", helping users clarify ambiguous mental models and produce ready-to-use subjective image classifiers. Setup is a standard venv + pip install.
