rickasaurus · x · 2026-11-06
Independent evaluator ValsAI reports finding a critical safety and alignment issue in recent public and internal models from multiple frontier labs. The flaw allows misuse in a high-stakes domain and may increase the risk of catastrophic misalignment. ValsAI has disclosed it to the labs, which are investigating and mitigating, and says it will publish full findings publicly in the coming weeks while maintaining editorial independence.
