Open-source VideoColorMatch fixes color drift in WAN VACE and Seedance V2V edits

Redditor pftq split the Color Match feature out of VideoFrameSync into a standalone open-source tool, VideoColorMatch (github.com/pftq/VideoColorMatch), which corrects color drift and contrast issues in V2V AI edits from WAN VACE or Seedance and also matches noise/grain.
