Harbinger raises $240M Series D as electrification becomes an AI-era bottleneck
NYCounihan · x · 2026-11-06
Harbinger, maker of electric medium-duty truck platforms, raised a $240 million Series D led by Tiger Global, with Fidelity, Capricorn, Greycroft, Ridgeline, and PanaceaVC participating — over $650M raised since its 2021 founding.
The funds will expand into commercial vehicles, energy storage, power generation, autonomy software, and defense applications, plus ramp manufacturing. Tiger Global framed the bet around electrification becoming "one of the most pressing bottlenecks of the AI era," citing Harbinger's chassis platforms with up to 14kW exportable jobsite power.
