Chrome team ships Modern Web Guidance: skills injecting web best practices into coding agents

Chrome DevRel released Modern Web Guidance, a set of skills embedding web platform expertise, best practices, and browser compatibility data into coding agents. Example: an agent sets content="drawable" on canvas, places HTML elements inside, marks them drawable, and supplies fallbacks. Install via npx modern-web-guidance@latest, Vercel Agent Skills (npx skills add GoogleChrome/modern-web-guidance), Claude Code plugins, Copilot CLI, or Antigravity CLI.
