Gary Marcus endorses Jim Cramer's take that Anthropic will have to accept a discount to close its funding round, saying the company won't reach a $2T — or even $1.5T — valuation. Cramer adds that Anthropic has been the "principal progenitor of fear" driving American sentiment.
