Moonshot AI released the Kimi K3.1 Pro weights on Hugging Face: 2.8 trillion parameters, with weights alone reportedly around 1.56TB. To run it locally, one suggested setup is a server with 8 NVIDIA B300 GPUs and 2.3TB of GPU memory — estimated hardware cost $550,000–$650,000. The company says it will keep advancing open intelligence.
