Serval gives new engineering hires a $10K paid vacation plus $30K referral bonuses
cneuralnetwork · x · 2026-11-06
AI company Serval is offering new engineering hires a paid luxury vacation worth up to $10,000 as their first week, so they can switch off and recharge between jobs instead of being expected to be productive immediately.
Employee referrals pay $30,000 each to both the new hire and the referrer. The post calls it probably the best onboarding perk in tech, a sign of how fierce the AI talent war has become.
