Mustafa Suleyman calls Delaware's proposed "AI Company" (AIC) legislation deeply concerning: it would create a separate legal entity whose day-to-day affairs are run by an AI agent rather than a person, able to sue, hold property, and incur obligations at the agent's direction. Ruxandra Teslo adds an economist's warning that AIs with full property rights could accumulate vastly more capital than humans.
