Frozen VLM features plus VFlash planning boost world action models on MolmoSpace
ZhidingYu · x · 2026-11-06
Fast and accurate visual plan prediction benefits downstream physical AI tasks. Example: pair a world action model (WAM) or diffusion action head with VFlash via cross-attention to its visual primitive token hidden features — action models train for robot manipulation or driving while VLM features stay frozen. On MolmoSpace, adding VFlash visual planning significantly improves the WAM baseline while greatly shortening decoding latency.
