jaydeepkarale shared a tidy terminal workflow: he added a key sequence in the rex terminal that launches lazygit as a centered floating popup over the current tab — instantly toggled and "super intuitive."
The accompanying screenshot shows the actual config: a popup layout (65%x85%, rounded borders, dark background) spawning lazygit, plus handling for full-screen program scrolling, Tmux compatibility, and temp-file path swapping. A second "copy mode" popup config is included as a bonus. Developers who want quick git access without leaving their editor can replicate this setup directly.
