Rob Leclerc: the AI-bubble narrative is winning, but agents will drive 10x growth
robleclerc · x · 2026-11-06
Rob Leclerc argues we program computers with code and people with narratives — and the anti-AI narrative is unlike anything a new technology has faced. Dario and others scared people so deeply that many need to believe AI is a bubble, and right now that narrative is winning. But AI keeps getting more useful, and we're in the "ChatGPT 3.5 days" of agents, which will drive 10x more growth. Ironically, if this narrative slows the AI trade and triggers a recession, companies laying people off will lean on AI even harder.
