Based on 50,000 engineer job changes over the last 3 years, the author ranked startups and big tech companies purely on talent flows.
Methodology: when engineers leave company A for company B, B ranks higher, weighted more if A itself ranks highly. Qualification requires a $1B valuation and at least 10 engineer arrivals since January 2023. Full top-30 list in the original post.
