Mistral Studio ships agents, apps and workflows, on-prem arrives end of November

Mistral detailed availability for its Studio update: Apps (public preview), Managed Agents (public preview) and Workflows (GA) are live on Mistral Cloud today, reaching private cloud and on-premises deployments by end of November.
The blog post adds that Le Chonk (Mistral Large 4) pushes open-model frontiers in coding, defensive cybersecurity and document reasoning, and that Mistral's Applied AI team builds customer solutions on Studio from penetration testing to KYC onboarding — with customers like ABANCA and BNP Paribas already on board. The pitch is sovereign AI: customers can run both models and platform in their own environment.
