Mistral Launches Workflows and Managed Agents for Automating Business Processes
MistralAI · x · 2026-11-05
Mistral officially announced two agent capabilities. Workflows targets rule-based processes, combining fixed rules, agent reasoning, and human approvals—describe a process in natural language in Vibe to generate, test, and deploy it. Managed Agents handles work that needs reasoning: Studio manages execution with skills, sandboxes, subagents, and hooks to shape agent behavior.
Internal use cases cited: the product ops team saves 35 hours per week routing feedback with Workflows, and engineers use an agent to investigate incidents, saving hundreds of hours each month.
