Quixel makes Megascans free again and allows AI training on its 3D scan library

Epic's Quixel is making the full Megascans library free again on Fab, and has updated terms so AI models can be trained on Megascans and Megaplants real-world scans.

- Refunds: purchases made on or after Jan 1, 2025 will be refunded to Epic Account Balance, with licenses kept and new AI rights granted
