A Reddit user shares a coping trick: mentally classify people around you as AI models to calibrate expectations — a "Sonnet" can't be expected to go all the way, an "Opus" should deliver, and "that guy? He's a Qwen." Labeling people this way, he says, makes it easier to accept when others can't grasp a concept or hold a conversation.
