Open-source segmenter tracks a breathing tumor across 10 CT phases on one GPU

Maziyar Panahi ran TotalSegmentator (3.1k-star open-source tool segmenting 100+ anatomical structures in CT/MR) on public 4D-Lung TCIA data, chasing a tumor through all 10 breathing phases on a single GPU with one click.
Honest numbers: the oncologist contours show the tumor moves 11.3mm in one breath (a moving target radiation must hit); the model measured 9.9mm of motion with Dice 0.79 — but it drew the tumor smaller than contoured, 128mL vs 180mL, and the video just loops the 10 real phases with no interpolation.
