10 years of sleep data, 2379 nights: an agent turns it into one chart
DanielLockyer · x · 2026-11-05
Daniel Lockyer had his AI agent visualize nearly 10 years of sleep data (2379 nights). The charts show bedtime/wake-time medians across life stages — university, digital nomading in Asia and Europe, then settling in Amsterdam — with his routine stabilizing around 10pm-6am and duration settling at 8 hours (slightly shifted for marathon training in late 2024). Data became consistent once he committed to wearing his watch from late 2022. A fun example of letting an agent crunch personal long-term data; he's curious how a baby will change the curve.
