Gen-AI-designed race car: 4,000+ G4 surfaces, FIA-compliant, zero human modeling
burhop · x · 2026-11-05
A developer designed a complete NativeCAD race car entirely with generative AI (Claude Opus 5.5) and no human modeling commands, inside their own CAD kernel, meshers, and solvers. The car is FIA-specification compliant with over 4,000 G4 continuous surfaces, plus manufacturing drawings, BOM, CFD, and the full composite layout. NativeCAD ships as an MCP server for Claude Desktop (latest v0.29.0); a drivable viewer version with three tracks and AI opponents is coming.
