asc CLI: assign retention messages per subscription with the assign command

rudrank shows how to bind a retention message to a specific subscription: asc subscriptions retention-messages assign --subscription-id SUBID --message-id MESSAGEID — one message per subscription, with the assigned field showing which one is in use. Asset Library images attach per version via versions placement create; asc asset-library specs prints accepted sizes.
