A blogger plateaued at 1,800 m/hour in swimming, so he pasted his Garmin watch metrics into GPT and Gemini. Both models diagnosed an incomplete catch/pull phase; after adjusting his stroke he now sustains over 2,000 m/hour. Screenshot shows 2:44/100m pace at 136 bpm.
